Intech Computer Solutions is a managed IT and cybersecurity provider headquartered in North Canton, Ohio. We take on responsive support, proactive technology management and modern security as one accountable team — for organizations here in Northeast Ohio and, because the work is delivered remotely, across the country.

What we do
We take responsibility for the technology organizations run on. That means the people using it, the systems behind them, and the security wrapped around both.
For most clients we act as the complete technology department, and that fully managed relationship is what we are built around. Where an organization has existing technology resources, we can coordinate with them.

Technology is frustrating largely because of how it is usually explained. People are made to feel that not understanding something is their failing rather than a failure to explain it well.
We try hard to work the other way. Clear language, honest answers, and technicians who treat a question as reasonable regardless of how basic it seems.
Where we work
Managed IT is delivered remotely, and we treat that as a capability rather than a compromise. Support, monitoring, security operations, cloud administration and technology planning all reach an organization in another state exactly as they reach one down the road — which is why we work with clients well beyond our own region.
Our office is at 931 Pittsburg Ave. NW, North Canton, OH 44720. Northeast Ohio is where our team lives and where routine on-site coverage is concentrated — North Canton, Canton, Akron, Cleveland and the surrounding communities. Hands-on work further afield is planned case by case.
