Our web server also keeps a short-lived count of recent contact-form submissions per IP address, held only in memory and only for a few minutes, so that the form cannot be used to send bulk automated messages. It is not stored, exported or used for any other purpose.
How Contact Form Submissions Are Handled
Messages sent through the contact form are transmitted by our website to an email delivery provider, SendGrid, which delivers them to our customer care mailbox. The email address you provide is used as the reply address on that message so that we can respond to you directly. Submissions are not published, sold or shared beyond the service providers described below.
