Can you support us properly without a Cleveland office?
Yes. Our office is in North Canton rather than Cleveland, and day-to-day service — help desk, monitoring, patching, security operations and cloud management — is delivered remotely, so Cleveland-area users receive it exactly as every other client does. Where physical presence matters, the Cleveland area sits inside our Northeast Ohio on-site coverage.
What happens when something needs someone physically there?
We agree what needs doing on-site and schedule the visit. Hardware replacements, cabling, network equipment and site work are planned with a date rather than dispatched on demand — we do not offer guaranteed travel times, here or anywhere. Anything that can be resolved remotely starts straight away.
We have locations outside Ohio. Can they be covered too?
Yes. Managed IT is delivered nationally, so users and sites in other states get the same help desk, monitoring and security operations under the same relationship. What changes outside Northeast Ohio is on-site work: it is planned with travel built into the schedule rather than treated as routine coverage, and we are clear about that when scoping.
Do you subcontract support to a local provider?
No. The technicians supporting you are Intech employees working from our North Canton office, so the same people stay familiar with your environment over time.
