A phone system that follows your team instead of tying them to a desk.
Modern VoIP phone systems, deployed hosted or on-premises, with apps for mobile and desktop so an extension works wherever someone is. Supported by the same team that manages the rest of your technology.
Phone problems are never just phone problems.
When calls drop or quality degrades, the cause is usually the network the phone system runs on. That is exactly where separate phone and IT vendors start pointing at each other.
Because we manage both, there is no handoff. The people who support your network support your phones.
Options a phone system can include
Available features vary by platform and deployment. We work out which of these matter to you before recommending anything.
Work from anywhere
Where supported, mobile, desktop and browser apps let an extension travel with the person — at a desk, at home or on a job site.
Hosted or on-premises
Deploy in the cloud or on your own hardware, depending on what fits your operations, connectivity and budget.
Call routing built around your day
Menus, hunt groups, after-hours handling and voicemail arranged around how calls actually reach the right person in your organization, rather than a default template.
Calls, chat and video together
Some platforms bring voice, video meetings and messaging into one interface instead of three subscriptions that do not talk to each other.
Integration with your tools
Depending on the platform and the systems involved, calling can be connected to Microsoft 365 or a CRM so context travels with the call.
Room to grow
Extensions, locations and features can usually be added incrementally, so growth does not mean replacing the system.
The network comes first
Voice quality depends on the network underneath it. Before deployment we look at bandwidth, switching and traffic prioritization, because a phone system installed onto an unprepared network tends to produce exactly the call-quality complaints it was bought to fix.
Getting it in without disrupting the business
A phone cutover is one of the more visible changes an organization goes through, because everyone notices immediately if it goes wrong. The work that prevents that is unglamorous: planning how numbers move across, deciding what each extension does, setting up users and devices, and giving staff enough of a walkthrough that day one is not spent guessing.
Afterwards, the system is supported by the same team that supports the rest of your technology — so a call-quality problem does not turn into two vendors pointing at each other.
Supported wherever your team is
Administration, changes, user setup and day-to-day support are handled remotely, so we can look after phone systems for organizations across the country.
Physical work — installing handsets, cabling, on-site cutover assistance — is concentrated in Northeast Ohio, and travel beyond the region is planned case by case.

Common questions
Can we keep our existing phone numbers?
In most cases yes — porting existing numbers is a normal part of the move, and we confirm it as part of planning. You also keep a choice of handsets, whether that is desk phones, software apps or a mix.
Does it work for remote and hybrid staff?
Where the platform supports mobile and desktop apps, staff can make and take calls on their business extension from anywhere, with calls showing your business number rather than a personal one.
What happens if our internet goes down?
Calls can usually be configured to fail over to mobile devices or another destination so you are not unreachable. It is worth designing that failover during deployment rather than discovering the gap during an outage.
Can you support us outside Northeast Ohio?
Yes for the ongoing side — administration, changes and support are delivered remotely wherever you are. Physical installation outside the region is looked at case by case, and we are upfront about whether we travel or work with a local partner.
