Infrastructure work that fits around your operations.
Networks, servers, wireless and cabling projects — scoped realistically, scheduled around how your organization actually runs, and delivered by people who will still be supporting the result afterwards.
Infrastructure projects fail on planning, not on technology.
The equipment is rarely the hard part. Projects go wrong because the dependency nobody mentioned surfaces at cutover, or because the work was scheduled during the organization's busiest week.
Because we manage environments long-term, we plan projects knowing what else is connected to them — and we are the ones who have to live with the result.
Project work we deliver
Network design and refresh
Switching, routing, firewalls and segmentation designed for how your organization operates now rather than how it did when the last network was installed.
Server and virtualization
Server refreshes, virtualization and hybrid designs sized for real workloads, with a clear view of what belongs on-premises and what does not.
Wireless
Coverage designed and validated for the space — including warehouses, shop floors and older buildings where signal behaves badly.
Structured cabling
Cabling planned, installed and documented properly — using our own team or a trusted installation partner — so future work does not begin with an afternoon of tracing unlabeled runs.
Office moves and buildouts
Relocations and new spaces planned so technology is ready when people arrive, not scrambled together the week after.
Migrations and upgrades
Platform migrations and end-of-life replacements sequenced to minimize disruption, with rollback planned before cutover.
Where we work
Planning, design, configuration, migrations and implementation support are delivered remotely, which means we can run projects for organizations anywhere in the country.
Hands-on work is different. We are based in North Canton and Northeast Ohio is where our routine on-site coverage is concentrated — Canton, Akron, Cleveland and the surrounding communities. Travel and installation work beyond that region is planned case by case rather than assumed, and we will tell you honestly at the outset how a particular site is best covered.
For organizations with several locations, we coordinate the work across sites so standards stay consistent instead of each office drifting into its own configuration.
One team accountable for the result
Infrastructure projects usually involve more than one trade: cabling contractors, electricians, internet providers, application vendors, equipment manufacturers. We plan, coordinate and manage the work using whichever resources the job genuinely calls for, and stay accountable for how the pieces fit together.
That coordination is often the largest part of the effort, and it is the part most likely to be nobody's job when a project is bought piece by piece.
Built to be supported, not just installed
Because we support environments over the long term, we design projects knowing somebody will have to live with the result — usually us. Equipment gets documented, configurations get standardized, and choices are made with the next five years in mind rather than the day of the cutover.
That holds whether the project is a one-off piece of work or part of an ongoing relationship.

Common questions
Do we have to be a managed IT client?
No. We deliver project work for organizations that are not on TechOne, and there is no expectation that a project turns into a managed services agreement. Ongoing clients do get the advantage that we already know the environment, which usually shortens planning.
Can you handle a project outside Northeast Ohio?
Often, yes — it depends on what the work involves. Planning, design, configuration and remote implementation are delivered nationally. Where a project needs people physically on site, we look at it case by case and are straightforward about whether we travel or coordinate with a local partner.
How do you minimize downtime?
By planning cutovers around your operating schedule, staging work in advance where possible, and defining a rollback path before we start. Some downtime is often unavoidable — we tell you what to expect rather than promising none.
Can you work with our existing vendors?
Yes. Coordinating with internet providers, application vendors and contractors is a normal part of this work and usually a large share of the planning effort.
Have a project coming up?
Let's talk through scope, sequencing and what it will realistically take.
