Get more out of the cloud platform you are already paying for.
Most organizations use a fraction of what their Microsoft 365 licensing already includes, while paying for capabilities that sit unconfigured. We manage the platform properly — identity, security, collaboration and the licensing underneath it.
Migrating to the cloud is not the same as managing it.
Moving email and files to Microsoft 365 solves some problems immediately. It also creates a platform that needs ongoing attention: permissions that sprawl, security features that stay switched off, licensing that drifts away from what people actually need.
Left unmanaged, the result is a cloud environment that costs more than it should and protects less than it could.
What we manage
Migration and consolidation
Moving email, files and applications to Microsoft 365 with a plan for data, permissions and cutover — not a weekend and optimism.
Identity and access management
Multifactor authentication, conditional access and lifecycle management so accounts are created, adjusted and removed as a reliable process.
Security configuration
The protective capabilities in your licensing turned on and tuned, rather than sitting unconfigured in a portal nobody opens.
SharePoint and Teams structure
Collaboration set up so people can find things and permissions make sense — which is also the prerequisite for adopting AI tools safely.
Licensing review
Regular review of what you are paying for against what you actually use. Reviews commonly surface overlap, unused licenses and plans that no longer match how people work, though what any given review finds depends on your environment.
Microsoft 365 protection
Microsoft keeps the service running; retaining and protecting your data inside it is your responsibility. Managed backup for Microsoft 365 is available as a separate service when it fits your recovery requirements.
Permissions are the thing that quietly breaks
Cloud collaboration makes sharing easy, which means over time almost everyone can reach more than they should. It rarely causes visible problems, so it rarely gets attention.
It becomes urgent the moment you deploy an AI assistant, since those tools surface whatever a user already has access to. Cleaning up permissions is worth doing regardless — and important before that point.
The work continues after the migration
A migration is a project with an end date. A cloud platform is not. New staff arrive, permissions accumulate, Microsoft changes defaults and adds features, and the security settings that were right at cutover slowly stop matching how the organization works.
Ongoing administration is what keeps the platform dependable: identity and access maintained as a routine process, security settings reviewed as they change, and collaboration structure kept usable rather than left to grow on its own.
Delivered wherever your team works
Microsoft 365 and cloud administration is delivered remotely, so we support organizations across the country on the same terms — including those with staff spread across several states or working from home.

Common questions
Is our Microsoft 365 data backed up already?
Not in the way most people assume. Microsoft operates a shared-responsibility model: they keep the service available, while retaining and protecting your data is your responsibility. Deleted or corrupted data is recoverable only for a limited window without separate backup.
Can you help us reduce licensing costs?
We can review it with you, though we would not promise a saving before looking. Reviews commonly find accounts for people who have left, users on more expensive plans than they need, and separate subscriptions for something Microsoft 365 already includes. Whether that adds up to a meaningful reduction depends on how your tenant is currently licensed.
How disruptive is a migration?
Planned properly, most users notice a cutover window and little else. The disruption comes from unplanned migrations — data that was not accounted for, permissions that did not carry over, applications nobody mentioned.
Let's look at what your tenant is actually doing.
