Work somewhere the technical work is taken seriously.
We are a Northeast Ohio team supporting organizations that depend on us. If you like solving real problems for people who appreciate it, we would like to hear from you.
Working at Intech
We are small enough that individual work is visible and matters. Engineers here stay with a problem and talk directly to the people they are helping, with the rest of the team behind them when something needs escalating — nobody is left to work it out alone.
Our clients are real organizations — manufacturers, professional firms, healthcare practices and local government. The work is varied, the environments are genuinely different from one another, and nothing about it is abstract.
